Another seek peak of my devotional! Page 2!

Hey my lovely friends! Some of you messaged my about really enjoying Day 1 of the devontional I wrote that is unpublished. So I decided since I’d share another page with you all! Thanks so much for the kind support and encouragment you give me. You are all so awesome! Enjoy!

Day 2:

                                     1 Peter 1:18-20 (NIV)

18 For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.

In the world there are tons of voices telling you what you have to be to be “worth something”. If you’re rich or famous you’re considered the most important and have everything. But that’s not true wealth or fulfillment. To God gold and silver are worthless. He bought you with something much greater, his blood. No matter how much fame or money people have no one could have saved you. Only God with his priceless blood could. You’re worth so much more than the clothes on your back and the house you live in. Those things in the end don’t matter. You’re worth something just by being you because Jesus gave up his life for you. You never have a reason to not feel worthy enough. You’re more than enough and rich because you have Jesus. That’s all you need.

                                     Change your outlook.

Next time you feel like you don’t have enough remind yourself that you already have Jesus and that’s everything you need. He’ll provide your needs. Thank Him for that.

Thanks for reading all you beautiful creations of God. I also just opened a merch shop with enouraging shirts, stickers, mugs and more. My hope is that it will help spread smiles, laughter, encourgment and the hope we have in Jesus.

See you next time. Until then lets Go Change the World!

Happy Valentine’s Day my lovely readers and friends!

Maybe you already married the love of your life. Maybe you are engaged or your relationship is going that way fast. Or maybe you just started dating and aren’t sure how it’s going to go or maybe you just haven’t met the one and feel like you never will.

This blog is for the last two I mentioned. I want you to know that if you’re are praying and trusting God you don’t have to worry. If you think you need to change yourself for someone to love you you’re wrong. And you if you’re worried sick you won’t be enough or that you’ll mess everything up you’re wrong too. As long as you’re following God and praying and this is the person God created for you, you can’t mess it up. If it doesn’t work out I promise you it wasn’t the one God had for you and if it isn’t the one God had for you you don’t want them. God has someone totally incredible out there for you and you won’t be able to miss him/her when he/she shows up. So don’t spend your time worrying and thinking it’s hopeless. Just pray and leave the rest to him.

And wheather you have a Valentine this year or not it doesn’t change the fact that you are so loved, admired, treasured, important, worthy, beautiful, incredible and you matter so deeply.

He helped you before so why wouldn’t he do it again?

Maybe some of you out there feel like you are stuck in a hopeless mess. Like no matter what you do or pray nothing will change. But my friend, you are utterly mistaken. Doesn’t this all seem familiar? You’ve been here before. Not in the exact same circumstances, but the same place of hopelessness in your heart. As I recall you came out of the past trail and are better now because of it. But at the time you thought you never would and you asked God for a miracle only half believing. It didn’t happen over night but He heard your call and he delivered you just like he will deliver you now. Don’t give up. Give it to him and let him be your help and your comfort. Everything will be okay. You’ll be okay. Just pray, trust and remember God’s never let you be destroyed and he’s not about to let that happen now.

“He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us,”
‭- 2 Corinthians‬ ‭1:10‬

My future devotional. Sneak peek!

So last year I decided to do write my own devotional to help encourage people who have self doubt, low self image and need to see how incredible they really are. I finished it and was very happy with the outcome and it’s my hope to someday publish it but in the mean time I thought I’d give y’all a sneak peek! Tell me you’re thoughts and if you’d be interested if it became published. Thanks so much for reading and remember you’re so loved!! 🙂

Day 1:
1 Peter 2:9 (NIV)
“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s
special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”

I don’t know what is cooler than God actually choosing us. We didn’t do anything to deserve it and we didn’t even choose him first. He gladly chose each and every one of us. We are so worth it in his eyes and so loved. Maybe you aren’t the first choice to a lot of people. Maybe you were picked last to join a team or feel like you are the last person people talk to. But God gladly picked you as a first choice and that means so much more. The king of everything picked you. You’re so incredible, loved, adored, wanted and chosen and you always will be by the King.

Change your outlook.
Search the bible for verses about God seeking you and write them down and keep them handy for when you start to feel like you’re second best. Here’s a few verses to get you started. Ephesians 1:4-5 , John 15:16, 2 Thessalonians 2:13.

Prayer is world changing

Have you ever thought about how people pray for you and you don’t even think about it but their prayers for you could be changing your life, keeping you safe and bring blessings into your life that wouldn’t be there without their prayers and you don’t even realize it? That’s a profound thought to me. Humbling, really. I think prayer is so much more powerful than we even realize or can wrap our minds around. Just something to think about.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and it’s my prayer that this coming year will be full of blessings for you all!

Christmas matters to me

“Christmas matters to me,

I love the smell of the pine trees, the fresh layer of snow on the law.

I love the cookies right out of the oven and how the day goes on.

I love the family all around with glee, merrily singing praises to the King.

I love the lights up on the tallest tree becking to me on Christmas Eve.

I love the joy in the air that can’t be contained anywhere.

I love so many things, all that the season brings.

But what I love most of all is that our Jesus came to set us free.

That’s what matters most to me.”

No matter what…

No matter how they treated you…

You are worthy. You’re loved.

No matter what he said…

You are worthy. You’re loved.

No matter how badly you messed up…

You are worthy. You’re loved.

No matter how low your self esteem is…

You are worthy. You’re loved.

No matter how your parents treated you…

You are worthy. You’re loved.

No matter how many people let you down and broke your trust…

You are worthy. You’re loved.

No matter how many lies try to keep you up at night.

You are worthy. You’re loved.

No matter what…

You are worthy. You’re loved.

And nothing can or will ever change that.

Nothing’s too hard for Him

Hi friends!

This is just a quick encouragement for you today. No matter how impossible something may seem, how totally hopeless it is, how it’s just too hard for you to handle… you’re right it is. But it isn’t for God. And God lives inside of you if you’ve asked him to. Nothing is too hard for God so with God inside you, leading you, nothing is too hard for you, my friend. Go change the world!

“Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.” – Jeremiah‬ ‭32‬:‭17‬

Is it possible to have joy no matter what?

The answer is yes, it is. It’s not easy and it’s something you’ll have to work on and thrive for every day. But with God all things are possible. About two years ago I decided I was sick of chasing happiness. I decided I wanted joy. The decision in my life has been one of the most impactful things in my life. It didn’t happen over night and I’m still not there 100 percent but the progress is undeniable. I find now that I can have joy and even happiness when things are going wrong. I don’t fall apart like I used to. What did I do to bring around this change? Honestly less than you’d think. I don’t give any credit to myself only to the God of all things. I prayed to Him and seeked Him like never before. I told Him I didn’t wanna live a life chasing happiness but a life of joy. I wanted to be joyful no matter what and follow him with everything in me even if I didn’t know how to even start about it. That’s where it begin. Sure, I’ve lived my years since a small child following him but there’s something about when you get so honest and real with God and tell him you want that change in your life only he can give and you’re willing to do whatever it takes. Just let me guide you and grow you into who he wants you to be. Honestly you just need to want him and seek him with all you got. If you do that I promise you you’ll find that joy. Things may not improve in your daily life but it’s you who will change and that makes all the difference. 🙂
